We are happy to introduce version 3.2 of TibiaHof!

Tabbed Content

You have probably already noticed the new row of tabs above this article. You can choose to look at images + articles or either images or articles.

We have also extended the tabbed content with most recent 500 deaths and reintroduced the tibia.com-tab, which contains a mirrored version of the tibia.com website including newsticker, featured article, and regular articles.

Minor Fixes

As always we have fixed a couple of minor things here and there:

• The checkbox to copy the link over at activities now works again.
• My Pages character outfits have been extended with the new premium outfits, including Beastmaster, Champion, and Conjurer.
• Fixed some performance issues regarding activities.

We have yet to add the premium mounts, we will inform about this once they have been added.



Various scripts have been modified. If the website doesn't seem to work correctly, try to update it by pressing Ctrl+R or clearing your browser cache.

Every once in a while we hand out new badges. If you want to find out more about badges and their purpose on the site, check out this article.

This month we are handing out badges for users that have uploaded 100+ (Grande), 50+ (Mega), or 10+ (Novice) images.

We are now introducing the patched up version of TibiaHof: TibiaHof 3.1!

In this version we have added a new type of activity, fixed some performance issues, and more!

Death activities

We are introducing a new type of activity: Death activity.

In this kind of activity, you can view all deaths of a specific character, as well as what creature/player who killed the player the most.

You can search by death activity by picking Search By Name from the search filters and pick Deaths from view activity by. Here's what it looks like:

Performance Fixes

We have also fixed some performance issues regarding Most Deaths. The page now loads up to 7 times faster than before!

Minor Fixes

Other than that we have also adjusted several parts of the website, including:

• The navigation menu has been modified: we added a Forum button as well as moved Most Deaths to the Characters menu. The menu has also been moved to the left and the text is slightly smaller.
• Fixed several bugs with 20 next activities, including a performance loading fix.

TibiaHof has now been upgraded to the new graphical interface.

Here’s a list of all relevant changes:

Major Changes

• The entire look of the site has been redesigned to make it responsive to different screen dimensions. The website should look whether you're using a smart phone, tablet, or a high resolution screen.
  
• Activity charts are slightly wider than before (about 100 pixels wider)
  
• Google Ads have been completely removed.
  
• The forum has been given a more central role and is now embedded into the website as any other content.
  
• The start page now displays images and articles in a "flow fashion". So if a user uploads multiple images, they will be grouped together in one post. In the future we might also extend the flow with further content.

Minor Changes

• Added missing mounts and outfits to My Pages.
  
• Several parts of the website have been removed, such as Statistics, Tibia.com articles, Random images, RSS feeds, and more. Some of these might appear again in the future.
  
• Removed beta status from Top Skills.

Soon we will be releasing the upcoming TibiaHof version 3.0, which improves on version 2.0. The biggest change is a complete redesign to make the website look and feel better whether you're on your mobile phone, laptop or 22" screen at home.

Anyhow, here's an image showing what the website will look like once it's released.



We will soon announce a date when the update will take place.

Today we have fixed two issues with the website:

• Activities have not been updated regularly. This was fixed today.
• There was also a performance issue with activities when clicking on 20 next activities, sometimes it would take up to 20-30 seconds to load. This performance issue has been fixed as well.

TibiaHof 3.0 update

We are at hard work on the upcoming update of TibiaHof, which will be completely redesigned to look better on all kind of devices, whether they be mobile phones, tablets, or high resolution devices.

The update is coming along neatly, I'd say about 70-80% of the new website has been finished. My best guess is that the new website will be released sometime in September.
