We are changing provider for the website, this will mean that the website will be unavailable for an unspecified amount of time.
Unfortunately we do not know for how long the website will be unavailable, due to an unexpected shutdown from our current web provider. But we are looking into finding a new provider. We will keep you updated on this situation. Sorry for any inconvenience this might cause. If there are any questions concerning this issue, don't hesitate to drop a comment in the comment section. TibiaHof.com is back to normalnils (Sep 18 2019) 0 2002Categories: Problems
For the last month the player activities have not been updated due to a new DDoS protection tool implemented over at tibia.com.
We rely on gathering player information from the player profiles at tibia.com. The DDoS protection tool prevented us from doing so. We have now been able to fix this problem and player activities are now updating like normal again! It should take somewhere between 1-2 weeks before all characters are updated again. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Update 2019-09-24: We have also fixed Most Recent Characters which hasn't been working since June (!). So once again TibiaHof.com is tracking new random players. |

Problems posting comments on images?nils (Jan 30 2013) 478 1732Categories: Problems
Some users have reported problems with commenting on images. They get logged out for no apparent reason. We are looking into why this is and hopefully implement a fix very soon. For now, follow these steps to avoid this problem:
1.) Log into your Tibia Hall of Fame account (make sure to check the checkbox with the text Remember me) 2.) Create a comment on the image you want to comment on, except post an EMPTY comment. 3.) Now the CAPTCHA should disappear and you should be able to comment as normal. Once again, we are looking into this issue and several others that have been reported to us in the last couple of days. If you run into any error or bug of any sorts, be sure to contact us via the feedback form, we would very much appreciate it |
