Fansite contest: Lore of the Jade Amulet, the winner was once again Ark11.



March - July

We took a break and worked hard on the new look of the website, which was released later on in August.



August

TibiaHof 3.0: TibiaHof was completely redesigned with a much more sleaker look, becoming more accessible, and redesigned from the ground up to look good on everything from mobile phones to high definition screens. What you see now is the result of that hard work!



September

Introduced Death Activities: An extension to activities which allows for filtering activities on deaths.



October

Reintroduced Tabbed content, now with a new tab: Most Recent 500 Deaths.



November

Improved graphs: The look and feel of the graphs have been upgraded to look better and also to be more interactive.

We have improved the looks of the graphs. Here's what they look like now:



Above is a graph for player Kharsek, which shows how this player has progressed in terms of levels and achievement points.

If you hover your mouse over the data points, you will be able to see level/achievement points and how many days ago they leveled up or earned achievement points.

The new improved graphs are available at: Activities, Top Levels, Top Achievement Points, and Fast Levels.

Note: in order to see the new graphs you will need an updated browser. If you are using an old browser you will only be able to see the old static jpeg graphs.

Mounts + Outfits

We have added some new mounts and outfits to My Pages, including:

Mounts: Blackpelt, Copper Fly, Doombringer, Glacier Vagabond, Golden Dragonfly, Hailstorm Fury, Highland Yak, Poisonbane, Siegebreaker, Steel Bee, Tundra Rambler, Woodland Prince


Outfits: Death Herald, Chaos Acolyte

If you are logged in to My Pages, you can manage your mounts and outfits on this page (click on Edit this character).

Minor fixes

We have also fixed a couple of minor things here and there on the site:

• Activities: if a player had lost achievement points (due to being deleted for example) it would not show up in the activities. This has been fixed and will appear as normal.
• Performance fix: loading player profiles is now up to 50% faster.
• Dropdowns containing worlds will now only show existing worlds (e.g. former...

Tabbed Content

You have probably already noticed the new row of tabs above this article. You can choose to look at images + articles or either images or articles.

We have also extended the tabbed content with most recent 500 deaths and reintroduced the tibia.com-tab, which contains a mirrored version of the tibia.com website including newsticker, featured article, and regular articles.

Minor Fixes

As always we have fixed a couple of minor things here and there:

• The checkbox to copy the link over at activities now works again.
• My Pages character outfits have been extended with the new premium outfits, including Beastmaster, Champion, and Conjurer.
• Fixed some performance issues regarding activities.

We have yet to add the premium mounts, we will inform about this once they have been added.



Various scripts have been modified. If the website doesn't seem to work correctly, try to update it by pressing Ctrl+R or clearing your browser cache.

We are now introducing the patched up version of TibiaHof: TibiaHof 3.1!

In this version we have added a new type of activity, fixed some performance issues, and more!

Death activities

We are introducing a new type of activity: Death activity.

In this kind of activity, you can view all deaths of a specific character, as well as what creature/player who killed the player the most.

You can search by death activity by picking Search By Name from the search filters and pick Deaths from view activity by. Here's what it looks like:

Performance Fixes

We have also fixed some performance issues regarding Most Deaths. The page now loads up to 7 times faster than before!

Minor Fixes

Other than that we have also adjusted several parts of the website, including:

• The navigation menu has been modified: we added a Forum button as well as moved Most Deaths to the Characters menu. The menu has also been moved to the left and the text is slightly smaller.
• Fixed several bugs with 20 next activities, including a performance loading fix.

TibiaHof has now been upgraded to the new graphical interface.

Here’s a list of all relevant changes:

Major Changes

• The entire look of the site has been redesigned to make it responsive to different screen dimensions. The website should look whether you're using a smart phone, tablet, or a high resolution screen.
  
• Activity charts are slightly wider than before (about 100 pixels wider)
  
• Google Ads have been completely removed.
  
• The forum has been given a more central role and is now embedded into the website as any other content.
  
• The start page now displays images and articles in a "flow fashion". So if a user uploads multiple images, they will be grouped together in one post. In the future we might also extend the flow with further content.

Minor Changes

• Added missing mounts and outfits to My Pages.
  
• Several parts of the website have been removed, such as Statistics, Tibia.com articles, Random images, RSS feeds, and more. Some of these might appear again in the future.
  
• Removed beta status from Top Skills.

Soon we will be releasing the upcoming TibiaHof version 3.0, which improves on version 2.0. The biggest change is a complete redesign to make the website look and feel better whether you're on your mobile phone, laptop or 22" screen at home.

Anyhow, here's an image showing what the website will look like once it's released.



We will soon announce a date when the update will take place.

Today we have fixed two issues with the website:

• Activities have not been updated regularly. This was fixed today.
• There was also a performance issue with activities when clicking on 20 next activities, sometimes it would take up to 20-30 seconds to load. This performance issue has been fixed as well.

TibiaHof 3.0 update

We are at hard work on the upcoming update of TibiaHof, which will be completely redesigned to look better on all kind of devices, whether they be mobile phones, tablets, or high resolution devices.

The update is coming along neatly, I'd say about 70-80% of the new website has been finished. My best guess is that the new website will be released sometime in September.

We will be posting a teaser post once we get closer, until then, keep gaming

TibiaHof has grown a lot since it saw the world wide web in 2012. Currently we track over 45k characters adding up to over 1.7kk activities as well as 947 images, 875 tagged characters, 1k users, just to mention a few things.

Soon is the time for TibiaHof to take it to the next level, to move into the future, with the upcoming version 3.0 of the website.

The website will be completely redesigned to focus on the core functionalities we have to offer and get rid of some of the bloat.

Amongst some of the changes are:

• Ads will be removed completely.
• New graphical revamp to better adjust to different screen resolutions and give an overall more modernized and cleaner look.
• Some functionality will be removed as we will focus more on the important features that makes TibiaHof great.
• The forum will be more visible and easier to find.
• Faster load times and more streamlined user experience.

This will mark the 2nd redesign. We have no words on exactly when the new version of the website will become available, but we will post more updates as we progress toward the future.

Hello Tibians,

The password synching between My Pages and the forum has been fixed.

You should now be able to change your password and be able to login to both My Pages and the forum.

Breaking news from the world of Tibia, the official fansite item of TibiaHof, the Jade Amulet, has been implemented in game.

It was designed by Ark11.

Currently there exists two Jade Amulets within the game, but more will become available, as we have some upcoming fansite competitions.
