Hello again!

Some good news, TibiaHof has now broken barriers, as we are tracking the activity of over 100k (that is, 100 000) players!

To celebrate this event we have updated the Activities page with a more stylized navigation menu where you now can also check out death chart.

Death chart

As you can see death activities are now shown as black dots in the chart. Hover your mouse over the chart point to see at what level the player died and by which monster. It looks something like this:

New outfits and mounts

Outfits and mounts have been updated with all the new outfits and mounts. Arena champion is still missing though and will be added later on.

If you are logged in you can add mounts and outfits to your character on My Pages.

Minor fixes

* A minor but neat fix: if you hover your mouse over a chart point it will instead read "3 years ago..." instead of "1095 days ago"... Neat, huh?

Hello Tibians!

It's been a while ago, but now we're finally back with another update to whet your appetite.

This time we have improved the player's profile by showing the player's level and achievement points progression chart.

For example: check out Kharsek's player profile which now shows the activity chart with level and achievement point progressions.

More minor updates will be coming, so keep an eye out.

This is the season to relax, take a drink of traditional swedish beverage julmust or glögg (in Germany known as Glühwein), spend time with friends and family, and occassionally play some Tibia.

Compare Players: Improved charts

Charts for Compare Players have been improved to enable zooming in on data by either selecting a rectangular area or pressing any of the blue buttons underneath the chart. This gif shows how it works:

Oldest Characters

Oldest Characters has been updated and now shows the amount of loyalty points the character has collected.



New Outfit

We have added another outfit to My Pages: Ceremonial Garb.





Various scripts have been modified. If the website doesn't seem to work correctly, try to update it by pressing Ctrl+R or clearing your browser cache.

The Loyalty points highscore has been updated and now correctly shows loyalty points.

We have also updated Compare Players to include loyalty title. A player that has a better loyalty title gets a slightly higher score.

TibiaHof 3.5 is now released and introduces a new highscore list: Loyalty Highscores.


How does it work?


The list shows the top 1000 players that have collected the most loyalty points.

The loyalty points system is describe in detail on this page.

Also, you can filter out the top 300 players by specific worlds or even world types (for example hardcore worlds, retro worlds, etc.)

New mount

Furthermore, we have added the new Waccoon mounts to My Pages.

To kick off the new year we are introducing a brand new feature: Compare Players.

With this new handy feature you can compare 4-8 players to see which players excel the most in levels and achievement points as well as other skills.



How does it work?


We have added a new tab named "Compare Players" (available from the start page). From there you can compare up to 4 players. If you want to compare up to 8 players you can view this page or go to the Characters menu and choose Compare Players.


Note: if the player is missing from our database it won't appear in the comparison. Make sure to connect your TibiaHof account to your player or upload an image and tag your characters name.




Minor Fixes

As usual we have also fixed a couple of minor things here and there:

• Added Retro Open PvP to world selects over at Top Skills
• Added new outfits and mounts to My Pages, including Ranger outfit, Flying carpet mounts, and more.
• Activity Timelines now shows the player name
• As perhaps you've already noticed, we have added a row on the start page with Quick Links to make navigation faster (especially for mobile phones)
• New page with the history of TibiaHof: About (available in sitemap at the bottom of the page)
• We removed the tab Most Recent 500 Deaths to make room for other tabs
• We are now tracking all top 10 fishermen from each world

Weirdest of 2014

In the previous installation of this series we looked at which players are the winners and which are the losers of 2014.

Then there are those players that went beyond levels and achievement points. Players that have achieved the nirvana we like to call The Weird.

Without much further ado, here they are:




So right off the bat, which player is the most indecisive when it comes to which sex it belongs to? Turns out to be Potrosh@Olympa with a total of +13 sex changes in 2014.




Some players just can't stick to one guild. They are free spirits in the Tibian world. The player that has changed guild/guild rank most frequently in 2014 is General Savas@Calva with a total of +41 changes.




Some players are free spirits in another sense, nomads that don't quite feel that they belong, moving from world to world. Will they ever find what they are looking for? Well, ask Lius Kion@Rowana who has moved between a total of +6 worlds in 2014, from Antica -> Eternia -> Rowana -> Selena -> Calva -> Bellona -> Rowana.




The player that has changed vocation the most in 2014 is Bass Mastehplan@Garnera with a total of +17 vocation changes, alternating between Paladin and Royal Paladin.




For last we have saved the holy coupling between Tibians, in marriage. Except in this case it's not quite holy! Some players fall in and out of marriages almost out of whim. Or maybe they have a reason for this?

The player that has married/divorced the most is Flad Loco@Aurea, a total of +35 times, having mainly been married/divorced to/from Sarah Loca.




Level progression for most weird players of 2014

So, who are the winners and losers of 2014? Or even the "weirdest" players of 2014?

Winners of 2014



The player that garnered the most levels so far is (unsurprisingly): Kharsek@Pacera, with the astounding level 815! If this player keeps up the pace, we will see at least level 900 some time next year!




Our shooting stars of 2014 are no less than 3, including:

• Elruh@Olympa: +254 levels (from level 198 to 452)
• Mister Jinks@Inferna: +253 levels (from level 161 to 414)
• Aght Terina@Magera: +238 levels (from level 220 to 458)

Zorebex@Magera almost came out from nowhere and now has all together 887 achievement points.




OK, so we know who has the most achievement points, but which players have collected the most this year? Well, it turns out to be...

• Ninja Assassyno@Premia: +548 APs (from AP 109 to 657)
• Cyprix@Amera: +529 APs (from AP 98 to 627)
• Knight el definitivo@Rowana: +526 APs (from AP 183 to 709)

Hmm, looks like Zorebex has some more competition in 2015!
